Our flexible summer lessons scheduling system is designed with busy families in mind.
In the summer, flexibility is the name of the game.
Book and pay-as-you-go, whether you want to keep up with weekly lessons or if you want to book lessons around your vacations, camps, summer jobs, marching band…you name it!

Step 2: Book your lessons online
Summer scheduling goes live on Tuesday, May 7. Submit your enrollment form today and admin Jess will email you on Tuesday 5/7 with the scheduling link!
Booking is first come, first served. To secure your preferred days/times, we recommend booking your summer lessons June-August in advance. However, you can also book-as-you-go all summer long.

Each teacher has unique availability June-August that you can view and book online.

The Carriage House Studio - 612 Pughtown Road, Spring City, Pa 19475
Lessons are held at our cozy Carriage House studio in East Vincent Township, just 3 minutes south of OJR High School. Virtual lessons are also available.
The Farmhouse Recording Studio - 528 Ridge Road, Spring City, Pa 19475
Band rehearsals and music production/recording sessions with Mr. Smith are held at our farmhouse recording studio location.

Summer lesson tuition is paid securely online via our online scheduling calendar, Acuity Scheduling.

Please give your teacher at least 6 hours notice when canceling/rescheduling a lesson. Simply cancel/reschedule your lesson online via your booking confirmation email or within the app.
As long as you give at least 6 hours notice, you can reschedule your lesson on Acuity Scheduling via your lesson confirmation email or within the app.
If less than 6 hours notice is given, you do not qualify for rescheduling and the tuition is forfeited.

If your teacher needs to reschedule, you will receive as much notice as possible. You will receive a cancellation email with directions for rescheduling.

We always make exceptions to our cancellation policy in the case of emergencies and inclement weather.

Life happens! We know that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances beyond your control when you may need to cancel/reschedule with less than 6 hours notice.
